Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your University of Strathclyde SU apparel, which is why we offer a 28-day return policy for all unworn and tagged items. Please note that custom society or club-specific garments are non-returnable unless a manufacturing fault is present.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and have all University of Strathclyde SU tags still attached.

• 2.
  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns slip included in your original parcel, specifying whether you require a size exchange or a full refund.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely package your items and send them to our Union office via a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Confirmation

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
